Most items are made to order. Items will be ready to dispatch in 5-7 working days. If there is any change in dispatch times, I will contact you.
Postage information is calculated when items are placed in your cart. Prices will change in line with current delivery services prices. If you have any queries about postage, please get in touch.
Returns and Exchanges:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Return items back within: 30 days of delivery
Please note that I cannot offer a refund or exchange if you have not contacted me within 14 days of receiving your item.
I accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase providing your item has not been shipped.
Please email email@example.com within 24 hours of ordering. Please note that if your order has already been processed and shipped, you will be liable for returning the order (including return postage costs). In this case, the cancellation will be treated as a refund. Refunds will be completed on receipt of the returned item.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items e.g. earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Gift Cards
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please obtain proof of postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damaged item. Do not return your item without informing me first.
Once your return is received and checked, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your item will be processed and a refund will be made to your original payment method.
You will receive an invitation to review your products. You are not obliged to complete a review but as a small business, it really means a lot when people do!
Online Courses and Workshops
In strive to deliver quality online courses and workshops that have great value. However, if you are not satisfied with a course you have purchased, I offer a 14 day 100% money back guarantee. If you have any problems with a course, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concerns and I will do my best to resolve them. If the issues cannot be resolved, I will happily provide you with a refund.
