Creative Spark Terms & Conditions
ABOUT CREATIVE SPARK SESSIONS
Creative Spark, delivered by Elizabeth Melling of Indigo Star, is a monthly, one-hour session, free of charge to all members of the From Fraught to Focused Facebook community from Outside the Box Neurodiverse Coaching and Mentoring. The sessions are intended for entertainment purposes only, and are designed for neurodivergent adults to express their inner creativity. These sessions are not intended as education, training, or continuous professional development (CPD) activities. The sessions are not recorded to allow participants to relax and enjoy the activities in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
USE OF SESSION CONTENT
Elizabeth Melling plans these sessions conscientiously around the needs and requests of attendees, and attendees are permitted to repeat activities outside of the sessions for their own personal use. These activities are not to be replicated in any way outside of the container in a professional or business context without the express written consent of Elizabeth Melling or another appropriate authorised representative of Elizabeth Melling or Indigo Star. Should we determine that you are replicating sessions in this way without having sought and received consent, we retain the right to restrict or terminate session attendance in respect of the individual(s) at fault.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights, for content delivered during our sessions and any related materials. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You must not use any part of the materials or activities from the sessions for commercial purposes without a licence or consent from us or our licensors. You may not reproduce in any format any of our materials (including content, images, designs, look and feel) without our prior written consent.
If, in our opinion, you are in breach of these provisions, your right to access sessions will cease immediately, and you must either return or destroy (as required by us) any copies of the materials you have made.
